[Zope] "manage" screens don't appear on local workstation for Win2000

Looks like you hit it, though I don't understand why at all.  I tried NS
4.73, and everything works normally.  It never occurred to me because I've
been using IE with Zope for a long time and never had a problem.  This is IE
5.00.3103.  I also forgot that the new system might not have all the updates
my old system had.  I'll have to see about updating it.

Thanks a lot.  Any idea what in the world actually causes this to happen?
