[Zope] to zope or not [Documentation]

While this is indeed part of a book, it is not yet clear
who will be the publisher.

  My current intention:

    * I try to publish the electronic version myself,
      or, more precisely, let the Internet publish it
 
    * when there is sufficient demand for a professional traditional
      (printed) book, I will see whether I can find a publisher
