[Zope] sybaseDA issue

Can someone help me out to fix this sybaseDA issue?

I am trying to make a DB connection with Zope with
SybaseDA-2.0b2-src.tgz. I have installed sybase ASE
11.9.2 on RedHat Linux 7.0 and Zope 2.3.0
 
I am getting the following error when I run 'make'

 -----------
 ./sy_occ.c:47:22 ctpublic.h: No such file or
directory
 make: *** [sy_occ.o] Error 1
 -----------
 
Kindly suggest for me to proceed.
