[Zope] Zope on Win NT

Hi...

Usually (always?) this error occurs when Zope is started more than one time.

It's very possible that Zope has been started as a service, and by trying to
start it via the start.bat command, you're attempting to run it again...

I'd try getting to the management interface if you know the port number it's
running on without using the start.bat command.
