Hi again...

Please try to cc the list when replying... that way I won't feel so bad if I
can't help solve the problem. ;-)

Do you see this message in the event log?  When do you see the message?

In a typical Microsoft fashion, it may be worthwhile to uninstall and
reinstall... ;-) this time, don't specify that you want the thing to be
started as a service during the install...
