<dtml-var absolute_url> is NOT the same as <dtml-var "absolute_url">
The first _calls_ the method absolute_url, the second renders something
like <Python Method object at 86d8d40>, which is clearly not
equal to the string PageUrl

<dtml-if expr="absolute_url() == PageUrl"> should work.
