Didn't win, I'm afraid:

"The awards show continued with the bestowal of Software
Development magazine's Jolt Awards, designed to honor
the year's best development tools. In the category of
Books and Computer-Based Training, James A. Highsmith's
Adaptive Software Development took the award. "I've sat
in the audience and thought, boy, it'd be pretty cool
to get one of those," said Highsmith. "It's way cool."
VMware for Linux and Windows was honored in the
Utilities category; GDPro from Embarcadero Technology
emerged victorious in the Libraries, Frameworks, and
Components category; Macromedia's Dreamweaver UltraDev
was awarded the Special Other prize; and the Languages
and Development Environments award went to Borland's
JBuilder. In the last award of the night, the Visual
SlickEdit product from MicroEdge was inducted into the
Jolt Award Hall of Fame."
