[Zope] What do you use for document management?

I need to implement/acquire a document management system (for chip
engineering docs) that works well with Zope. I have no experience in the
field of DMS, so can someone point me in a good direction.

I know there are humongous packages available for megabucks, but my company
is not in a position to pay for one of those. I'm hoping for a more modest
solution both in scope and cost -- would OpenSource be too much to hope for?
