[Zope] Zope service network permissions on NT

Another note here: We use a batch file to map drives letters for an
automated DOS application that does a scripted overnight run. If the drive
letters are mapped on the open desktop the schedule service cannot map the
drives. While drive mappings are user specific, only one set can be active
at a time. (Not very multiuser friendly) Probably different behavior under
winframe environments.
