[Zope] Problem with FTP

Hello, i can't use Zope with most FTP-clients. User 'Sepperl' has
manager-roles and all rights.

What im dooing wrong?

Server: Suse7.0 Zope2.3 
FTP: LeechFTP (WIN) & GoLive(MAC)
  (Linux FTP command is working)
