[Zope] Proposal of forking the zope@zope.org list

I always thought Zope-Dev was for "real developers." I would certainly
welcome a Zope for dummies list. One for non techicies trying to figure it
out and implement it.

	I feel the division is something like:

	zope-dev: for discussions that require deeper Zen
	zope: for discussions that are more accessible
