[Zope] newbie help please with Postgres

Odds are, you don't have the popy module for regular Python
installed. In Debian, it's in the python-popy package. Don't know
where it would be elsewhere. The ZpoPyDA is an interface from Zope to
popy, not directly to PostgreSQL.
