[Zope] anybody written a "tab folder"/<dtml-tab> feature?

I believe that the reference was to manage_tabs. Or in other words,
the you've seen what he's talking about, but you didn't quite read
carefully what he wanted.
Unfortunately, I'm not sure that such a beast exists other than in
the ZMI.
