[Zope] Win2K 2.4 install problem ....

Just did a fresh install of 2.4 using the windows binary release, and 
it won't start up due to the following:

ImportError: Module use of python20.dll conflicts with this version of 
Python.

I searched the mailing list and didn't find anything to help, so any 
ideas?
