[Zope] Zope "Weekly" News

I'll be taking over the production of the Zope "Weekly" News (which will
likely only be produced on a biweekly basis and renamed) for the foreseeable
future.  If anyone has anything they'd like to announce in the news for the
next edition, please let me know, and we may be able to get it in there.
