Actually, a good point is, why call security related patches hotfixes at
all? In fact, it seems the term HotFix might relate more to the _method_
than the _purpose_...

e.g.... redhat has the following terms:

Security Advisory
Bug Fix
Package Enhancement

perhaps Zope needs to examing the nomenclature used for it's own similar
purposes?

I think it's valid to differentiate the three areas just as RedHat does...
