[Zope] Semi-OT: Compiling Psycopg on Mac OS X?

Anyone using any of the Postgres DAs with Mac OS X? I've got Postgres 
7.1.3 and Zope 2.4.0 and Python 2.1. I'm trying to get Psycopg 0.99.5 to 
compile, and I'm encountering problems when using precompiled headers. 
I'm not that experienced with the differences with Apple's 
implementation of gcc, so any help would be appreciated.
