[Zope] reload product without restarting zope ?

For me it works fine with Zope 2.4.1b1 in debug mode (but I don't know, if
debug mode is necessary). What you have to do, is to put a file
called 'refresh.txt' into your product-root-directory --- without this it
won't work.
