[Zope] Newbie Security Question....

O.K. I am a little confused as to what is the best way to set-up
security.
 
Here is the scenario..  I want to create a Small Community/Portal.
 
I want a member to be able to register with basic info, select a User
Name and password, and hit Submit.
 
Now assuming that I can get that to work. Now What?
 
Do I use Zope security?  
 
And If I do, do I have to manually enter each individual "User" into a,
lets say "Member_Users" folder?
 
Is it possible to automate to process?
 
I know that I am probably getting ahead of myself here, but just trying
to think this all the way through..
 
 
Any help from the Zope Gurus, or anyone for that matter that know more
than I out there, would be greatly appreciated!
