[Zope] how to install SiteAccess w/Enhanced VHM

I'm trying to install the SiteAccess w/Enhanced
VirtualHostMonster v.2; removed the old version--but
can't seem to make the new version appear--e.g. I
don't see the edit tab and samples. Is there a step I
could be missing? I'm on Win2k and I unzip and copy
into lib/python/products.
