[Zope] Python Error on WinNT Server

Unfortunately you are bitten by the same bug as many of us on Windows and
even worse nobody really has a reproducible test case and hence even a
workaround.

On the bright side Matt Kromer has posted some possible solutions and there
may be a patch sometime this week. Cruise through the mail archive for more
information.
