[Zope] PurdueEventSystem 1.1b1

Sorry, for I have been away for a couple of days.
What is this? "EventSystem"???
It sounds exciting but I can't be bothered to install it to learn what it 
actually is.
I've understood that it's a Zope product of some kind to begin with :)
