[Zope] zpasswd.py access

It seems to me, having played a lot with it recently, that you stop and
start zope, it is then taken up in to the DB, and then you can remove any
others online.

How do I delete or change a password once it's been entered into zope via 
zpasswd.py access? I just tried changing one with SHA encryption and was 
unable to, so I added a new user with cleartext and it went straight 
through. Wazzup? And do I *have* to specify a domain when I use SHA?
