[Zope] 2.3 Security tab very slow in IE 5 compared to 2.2

Im not sure what changed in the generated HTML in 2.3, but the security 
tab takes about 4 seconds to appear on my PIII-500 Win2k box when 
running IE5.5 (haven't tried other browsers yet)

However on 2.2 its very fast.

Perhaps generated HTML needs to be fixed up a little. Other than 
background coloring, what's the difference?
