So, we're doing an expedient until our list maven can get to the root of
the problems.  And it may be permanent, because (drum roll) it seems to be
WORKING.  Ahem.  Upshot is, we're up for now, there may be some more
disruption, but hopefully no more significant downtime.  Sorry about the
downtime there was!
