Exactly.

In the Zope root, actually. The "VirtualHostRoot" path element selects the
virtual root.

True, and true.

Only if you prefer one.  Using "VirtualHostRoot" has the minor benefit that
if you ever rename the VHM, you don't have to change your paths.
