[Zope] 2.3.0 really not Beta?

I am going to be releasing a document about product style as soon as
possible. I've recommended specifying tested-against versions as one of the
requirements for a product to be considered "finished". I'd like to try to
give "finished" products a preferred status in the Product listings on
Zope.org.
