[Zope] What's up with MySQL and Zope?

What's up with MySQL and Zope?

Now there are four different products that are related
to MySQL and Zope.  Which one should I use?

Some don't even look like DA's for zope.  Why are
these listed in Zope's product page anyway?

Why can't they all get coordinated?
