[Zope] SiteAccess and 2.3.0a2

Hi everyone,

I have Evan's excellent SiteAccess product installed on my 2.3.0a1 Zope as
an add-on. Now that SiteAccess is part of the Zope core, how should I handle
the upgrade. Can I simply recompile?
