[Zope] Arguments in URLs with bookmarks

I've always done it this way (fine on IE and NS nix):
http://www.mysite.com/x?arga=one&argb=two#gotohere
Now, tell me why that wouldn't work, if you've already tried that.
By the way, it is called "anchors" not "bookmarks". Bookmarks is in
weblanguage URLs stored in the webbrowser :)
