I shouldn't have said "halted".  It's waiting for
an interrupt that could be awhile.

	Work on ReplicatedStorage will be delayed until work on
	ZEO 1.0 and ZEO 2.0 is finished. ZEO 2.0 will be the basis
	for ReplicatedStorage.
