[Zope] etcUserFolder

I'm trying to use etcUserFolder to read in my allowed users from a password
file for my folder. I get it to read in my password file and it displays the
correct users within Zope. When I try to access the DTMLdocument that I have
created from a browser on another machine, it asks me for my username and
password, which is what I'd expect. But when I enter the username and
password that I have in my password file, it says that it failed to
recognise the user, although within Zope it displays the user. If I enter
the user name and password that I created under root to gain access to Zope
then it will display me the document. Thanks in advance.
