you can request a ballot, and receive a URL via email that you can got
to for voting.

Zope 2.3 is featured in the 'infrastructure' category, rather than
'strategy' or 'development', but I suppose each person will see that
choice differently.

I think that in addition to voting for Zope in it's category, people
should add a write in candidate for Python 2.1 in the development
category. Go team!
