[Zope] ./start not finding the correct Python

just installed Python 2.1.1 as well as Zope 2.4.0.  I've run Zope 2.4.0's
"w_pcgi.py" script specifying python 2.1.1, however when I run the start
script, it tells me I'm only using Python 2.0.  Running "python -V" returns
Python 2.1.1.  What am I doing wrong?
