[Zope] Help structuring site content.

I need to both Zopify and Simplify our site. Right now we have:


page.html: This generates a set of frames for a banner on the top (top.html) and a nav bar on the right (nav.html) and loads the page contents c_page.html in the right frame.


I would like to just do:

<dtml-var standard_html_header>

Just put in all my content here for the right frame.

<dtml-var standard_html_footer>


And have the top, nav, and content all go where it should.  Can anyone suggest
a way to go about this, or point to some docs?
