The CMF is not a single "Zope product", but a collection of related 
products.
The "installation document",
   http://cmf.zope.org/download/CMF-1.1beta/INSTALL.txt
describes what you need to do, which is to link/copy the "CMF*"
directories from the top-level directory to your INSTANCE_HOME or
SOFTWARE_HOME's Products directory.
