I usually use Edit+ at

It's for Windows, it's very good, and it has configurable add-on syntax and
tag completion files.  There's one for dtml, which I just installed.  It
will talk to Zope using ftp.  This editor is not free, but it's only about
$30.  I recommend it highly.

On this note. Is there a list of editors that support DTML highlighting?

If not, which editors does everyone use with Zope that have DTML syntax
highlighting?
