DTML Highlighting Editors (WAS: Re: [Zope] dtml vs vim)

The only annoying thing I can't get is the ftp box to persist. But editplus
can load a file from ftp from the command line along the lines of "editplus
ftp(0):/index_html", so I threw that in as a command to ZShellCLI :)
