[Zope] Security and ZCatalog

Hello,


I want to set up a zope intranet site with focus on document archiving and 
search.

I understand that I can upload e.g. HTML, MSWord Documents or PDFs via the 
respective  products. these are supposed to be searchable via ZCatalog.

The problem is that we have a rather complex directory structure with a 
likewise complex permission system.

How can I accomplish that a specific search result is only presented to users 
that have the right to view this object?
Does the catalog take care of this itself?
We are using CMF; does CMF alter this behaviour?
