What it is is most likely a maroon who is is some way irritated at zope.
Said person of color purple is running around filling in subscription forms 
with the email address zope@zope.org.  This is a time-honored way of 
irritating people with minimal risk.

Of course, it may just be a maroon with too much time on his hands.

The things that can be done about this are unfortunately limited.
One can make subscription required before posting.  This has the
unfortunate side-effect of killing bug reports and hurting newbies.

Otherwise, treat it as you would an obvious troll.  Ignore it and it
goes away after a few days.  This particular irritant is somewhat
self-limiting, as most mailing lists will not allow the same account 
to be registered muliple times.

On the other hand, zope@zope.org is now registered as someone who is
interested in anatomical modification.  Expect to see a rash of
"offers" for access to porn sites in a few months, after the 
mass-mail CDROMS are updated and sold.
