[Zope] Virtual Host/Apache Problem

I am using the VirtualHost Monster, and it seems to be working good,
however my Apache is not serving up the index_html when I just
reference the site root.  I am getting "You don't have permission to
access / on this server." error.  But if I append the index_html to
site root, it works just fine.  Any ideas.  Could it be something weird
with my apache conf?
