For what it's worth, this also happens with w3m ( text-based browser )
and OmniWeb for Mac OS X. I've been told it has to do with the way
Authentication Headers are sent. This problem can usually be overcome by
accessing the /manage_main method, rather than /manage or
/manage_workspace
