[Zope] siteroot, img spit out bad html...

It is by desing. '/' is added to be XML-compliant. Your whole document may
not be XHTML (XHTML is a redefinition of HTML as an XML application),
however Zope helps you being XML-compliant by generating this '/' (it is
needed by XML specification at the end of empty tags - like "base",
"img").
I think it won't break any browser.
