[Zope] Redirection anguish

According to old mailing list archives, <dtml-raise type="Redirect">
should tell the browser to, well, redirect.
According to the Zope Book, the same can be achieved via <dtml-call
expr="RESPONSE.redirect(target)">
Both give me similar errors in 2.3.0:
