[Zope] cast insensitive sorts using <dtml-in>?

This question is, how do I do this?

I seems link an obvious thing to be able to do, but the only thing
I've been able to come up with is:

http://www.zope.org/Members/andym/IgnoreCase

Is this really the only way to go about this?  And if so, does anybody
know if this patch works against 2.3?
