[Zope] Unable to join zope.org

[Hamish Lawson]

A developer from the Midgard project wrote to me as his only
Zope-related contact to say that he was unable to join zope.org (in
order to participate in the ZPT wiki). I've just tried creating a test
account and got the error below:
