[Zope] Howto register Zope as an Windows Service manually

Hello,

I'm pretty new to Zope and would like to register Zope as a Windows NT
Service manually. Is there an easy way to do so? Or is it necessary to reinstall
Zope for that purpose?

I use Zope 2.3.0, installed from binaries on Windows NT 4.0, SP 6.0a.
