[Zope] IE caching issues

I use IE almost exclusively for development (testing on other browsers tho).
I've only seen this when caching was on, as soo as I turn it off (check on
every visit) I get no problems at all.
Using just about all Win32 versions (98/NT4/W2K).
Weird!!!
