[Zope] Alternative management interface

Even more urgent: (almost cry for help :-( )
Please, could anybody give me a piece of advice on the topic:

I need to create an alternative management interface for my Site in order my
site administrators to be able to manage the site in a special way. Where
should I place all my administrative .py modules & dtml docs in order for
them to work the same way as native Zope management tools ?
