[Zope] PHP as a scripting language for Zope

Even more developers who are unable to lern how zope works and how to 
use its special strengths. If its a good developer, (s)he would lern
python very quickly. The same time learning how a zope site is to be
planned. If not... these people are usually the first who do it the
wrong way and complaining how bad zope works...
